Additional information

The submission of an offer signifies the conclusion of a binding agreement. In case of winning the auction, the agreement obliges you to buy the merchandise.

Bids do not include the 5% auction fee or the 19% tax.

 Payment details

Within 3 business days, after the auction closes, the buyer must pay the full amount, including applicable taxes and fees, to avoid additional costs such as interest.

Payment can be made by bank transfer.

Delivery and collection

The buyer is responsible for all costs related to the transport of the goods. Merchandise must be picked up on business days after auction close.

The merchandise subject to the auction may be redeemed by the consignee or whoever proves the right to them, up to 24 hours before the date and time of the start of receipt of bids. Therefore, it is recommended to cancel the advance payment until the start date and time of the receipt of offers, above to avoid offering for merchandise that was previously rescued.

Additional Notes

  1. The bidder must register through the appropriate electronic channels, for which he must meet the following requirements: have a digital signature certificate, be up to date in the payment of taxes before the Tax Administration and be up to date with the employer’s labor obligations and the Social Development Fund.
  2. The bidder must provide in the electronic medium when he is a legal person, a copy of the legal personality and the identity document of the legal representative. When they are natural persons, a copy of the identity document.
  3.
